I've launched, managed, and scaled D2C and B2B sales teams, marketing, business development, and customer experience teams, all with the fundamental tenets that patient care starts with the patient experience and ends with patient outcomes, and that the best teams operate within equitable environments where employees can come to work, be themselves, and reach their potential. I started my career in sales and partnerships, but after growing weary of having no control over lead volume, quality, and the complete customer journey, I honed skills in DTC and digital marketing. As a leader, I've dedicated countless hours working with executive coaches and mentors who have taught me what it means to be a people leader and how to build teams, develop talent, and align business objectives to frontline contributors. My commitment to professional growth and learning is unwavering. As a growth leader, I've scaled two pre-revenue businesses to 50MM and 30+MM in ARR, respectively. I've launched new GTMs within larger companies, increasing revenues annually from 150 MM to 250 MM in ARR. I've managed organizations and P&Ls with 100+ FTE, always with a focus on developing top talent into warriors, conscientious about signing up the right businesses and customers who require our services. Managing large teams and budgets is not just about numbers. It's about a strategic approach to lean operations, continuous improvement, and eliminating waste to maximize operational excellence and bottom-line performance. The idea that we never convert 100% of our opportunities is a deep-seated conviction. The idea that we can continuously optimize a team in terms of people, process, and technology, no matter how many previous iterations, is core to how I operate. “We can be better than we were yesterday” is a core philosophy. Personally, I was born in the 1980s and grew up in Northern New Jersey in the 1990s. I'm a musician and love alternative music. I live in Hoboken, New Jersey, with my Boston Terrier, Jack Malone.
