Helping push our client's businesses forward with technology - I manage our sales operations and help our Net Admins and BTAs with technology roadmaps for clients.

I help facilitate new business development for Managed Services and Consulting. I also provide hardware and software quotes to clients, service proposals for new project work, and help relationships grow into partnerships.

I helped on the Managed Services help desk working with clients to resolve workstation issues as well as server infrastructure issues. In 2012 I moved away from working with clients technical needs to focus more on our internal technical needs, processes and procedures, which I still do today.
