• Production of As-Built/Baselined programmes for current projects, managing float and scheduling of resources current and future works on site• Monitoring the assessment of delay on current projects in accordance with the contract type and original programme. • Programming Tender programmes to be submitted with the tender package, based on tender files received from potential clients.• Monitoring live programmes (Client & Company) on both Civil and Housing schemes. Reporting back to senior colleagues with current development, including the writing of progress reports.• Managing the adoption process on housing sites that have previously completed, and also coming towards the end of their duration. This includes both sewer and highway adoption. • Arranging meetings with sub-contractors to undertake necessary works to bring the sites up to adoptable standard, this includes liaising with the projects QS to ensure works can be brought in under budget. • Managing the Sectional Notices throughout a number of jobs to ensure works can proceed on site. For example, Section 50’s to enable works to be carried out in the highway, and Section 106’s to enable drainage connection into existing sewers, etc. • Production of site logistic plans to be submitted either at tender stage or for current projects where ACL are the principal contractor.

I graduated with a BEng in Civil engineering in 2015 and am now working as a production engineer with applebridge construction.The role typically involves: - Assistant Site Management on Civil Construction builds including a bio-gas plant and two large scale secondary schools- Site Management of groundwork's/drainage/external works sites - Assisting site engineer in setting out - Attending design meetings for design issues picked up on site - Ensuring Q&A of engineering documentation is kept up to date and presented in a professional manor- Ensuring the upkeep of health & safety on sites to a high standard - Day to day duties of a production engineer/site manager.

During my time working as part of a team here I had duties in providing customer service to customers through serving on the bar. Having to work as an individual and part of a team, taking orders from management, meeting targets and providing a high standard of customer service.

During my time at Direct Line group, I was a customer advisor, obtaining knowledge and skills within customer service, sales, target reaching, leadership, complaint handling and teamwork.
