Beelzebab specialises in vegan food, centred in the middle of Brighton (located in The Hope and Ruin) minutes from the station, and as a result it was a very intense fast paced enviroment that required working under a lot of pressure in some instances.As a kitchen shift leader at Beezlebab, I was responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff during my shifts, ensuring that all tasks were completed efficiently and effectively, and that food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This job required leadership skills, which I had been developing and applying from my previous work experience. In this role I also trained new colleagues, and would shadow them until they reach the companies standards.Day to day roles would also include manages inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment, reporting faults and providing a detailed summary after every shift of the volume of customers/ any occurences that shift.
