I have always been a believer that hard work and determination gets you places. Even if it doesn't, it still gives you the ability to gain more knowledge. With that knowledge, you can apply it to whatever you want to tackle next. Throughout my professional career I have used hard work as a stepping stone. I started out in the warehouse for Wells Fargo. With hard work, I was able to get a position working in the Document Solutions area. After a year of hard work and determination, I was then promoted to the second job level as a Securities Operations Specialist 2 on the Post Issue Team. I was advancing quickly but wanted to learn more about the financial industry before pursuing my next career move. Over the next 4 years I was committed and did everything I could to help my team members succeed, all while gaining insight on how the back office works when handling Securities requests from Financial Advisors. I enjoyed my time with Wells Fargo. However, I am happy to announce that I have now joined the Raymond James Financial company as a Senior Client Services Associate. I look forward to learning everything I can from my new team and advancing my career once more from hard work and determination.
