* Supports the daily activities of the Machining and Forging departments. * Promotes a productive and safe work environment.* Drives implementation of lean manufacturing practices.* Interface with all support departments to maximize machine uptime and productivity.* Drive to create and support a team-oriented work environment. * Perform coaching and disciplinary action in accordance with company handbook.* Interact with the Quality department to respond to any customer complaints, CPAR activities, MRB disposition, and Pack-out findings.* Review OEE and scrap data to minimize machine downtime and scrap production.* Mentor Team Leaders and other support staff to help drive company growth.* Manage labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system.
