Facilitates the auditing process for State Performance Plan (SPP) Indicators 13 and 14.9. Facilitates and provides districtwide training pertaining to transition, including legal framework, community resources, vocational and transition curriculum, job coaching, etc.10. Consults with campus personnel and provides support for work-based learning (WBL), community-based vocational instruction (CBVI), and pre-vocational programs for students with disabilities.11. Consults with campus staff and personnel regarding the development of appropriate transition plans and personal graduation plans (PGP) that ensures positive post-secondary outcomes for students withdisabilities.13. Monitors and provides support for students with disabilities enrolled in Vocational Adjustment and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.
