I assist small to midsize businesses with their lending needs such as purchasing and refinancing real estate, business acquisitions, and other working capital needs. I am also able to assist businesses with special use properties such as restaurants, convenience stores, storage units, and others.

I help businesses with annual revenues sizes ranging from $5 to $20 Million achieve their financial goals by providing lending and cash management solutions. I am able to provide a variety of small business lending options which include SBA programs as well as conventional options. My goal is to develop strong lasting relationships with my clients allowing me to be ready to assist them as their needs change.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

I led a team of 20 branch based business bankers located in branches from Ogden to Provo, Utah. My team had the opportunity to pilot client coverage model changes which were later implemented nationwide. My responsibilities during the pilot included assisting in incentive plan changes, changes to the client coverage model, and assisting my team with the extensive changes impacting them. This experience which took place over several months, gave me the opportunity to interface with and present to executive management, including the CEO of Business Banking. I also had the opportunity to present on town hall broadcasts for all business banking employees nationwide. The feedback provided by my team's efforts resulted in the changes which were eventually implemented to all of business banking.I was also selected as a National Achiever and was able to attend the National Sales Conference while in the role.

Utah County

I had the opportunity to manage the Orem branch which was the highest volume branch in Utah at the time. I managed a staff of 15-20 employees and was responsible for sales production as well as the operations of the branch. I was rated performance level 1 against my peers during the time I managed the branch.I also managed the American Fork branch during the Washington Mutual acquisition. I handled the merger of an existing WaMu branch and was responsible to help the employees and customers convert to the Chase products and systems.

I began my banking career as a Personal Banker in the Hurricane, Utah branch. I was one of the top 5 producers in the state. I was promoted to a branch manager and managed the Delta, Utah branch for the remainder of my time with Wells Fargo.
