We established a "Change Champion Network" to advocate key messages as part of our communications plan, crafted animated micro-learning videos and quick-reference guides, and managed a "Train-the-Trainer" program to instruct on new procedures over two months.3. I co-led the design of an internal KPMG onboarding program for incoming consultants to my group, which leverages digital learning pathways - paired with virtual instructor-led training events - to discuss KPMG's service offerings, support networks, consulting core skills, and learning/change basics. -
