Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Function as the primary point of contact for the client in reviewing and pricing projects, writing proposals, planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and other coordination activities such as monitoring/supervising contracts and projects• Participate in discussions, meetings, conferences, etc. with client management• Input data, comments, and documentation into MAXIMO • Create purchase orders and service contracts• Process vendor invoices utilizing required expense allocations and ensuring vendors are billing according to contracts• Obtain formal approval for all IDIQ projects from the client, work with vendors and manage other administrative matters for that project • Updating data and uploading documents while also performing internal/external audits• Ensures quality control management, holding all service providers accountable, and performing 10% PM and work orders QC's monthly• Ensures all established costs, quality, and contract delivery commitments are met
