Led Client Services Group for Medefis and Shiftwise SAAS Platforms. Managed up to eight direct reports and around one hundred total team members. Total SUM was around $3B and revenue of $137M.Responsibilities included C-suite reporting, strategic planning, employee development, client retention, product direction, finance and budget projections/reporting, sales collaboration and presentations, standardization of processes, client reviews, client reporting, supplier reviews, contract negotiations, legal escalation, marketing direction, billing services, and other duties as assigned.Successfully navigated combining 2 different client service teams from MDF and SW to a single service solution, standardizing delivery and identifying opportunities for growth and additional services through Market Segmentation Strategy. Through this process we were able to retain around $750M of SUM that was at risk prior to combing the teams.

Promoted when AMN purchased Medefis. Originally this started as Compliance, Billing and Client Relations (Supplier Contracts and Management). In 2017 Client Management team to this position.Compliance- Grew the group from 4 to a group of 16 before this was moved into a corporate center of excellence in 2018. Developed a standardized process to improve both the client and the supplier experience. This increased the amount of clinicians that were showing up on time as per their contract, and able to increase client satisfaction. During this time, Compliance Management became the premier service that took pressure off our clients and lead to an increase in client retention. As the team grew, we built out team pods to provide a career path for Compliance team. This resulted in strong employee retention and satisfaction numbers.Billing Services- Grew the group of 3 to 25 plus. This team was a full life cycle billing ie. data collection, data entry, payment collection, payment application and payment to suppliers. Evolved services with IT in order to do a data upload, which increased efficiency and accuracy in billing process while decreasing DSO. Collaborated with Leaders and HR to build career pathing for billing services, which resulted in higher retention rates. Eventually absorbed the SW billing team into MDF. We were able to decrease headcount by cross training employees and maximizing efficiencies. Developed, proposed and successfully launched a bonus program for both compliance and billing based off KPI's for each department. These programs were later adopted by our corporate and implemented across all AMN brands. .
