Most recently, I worked at a growing tech startup based in New York City where I onboard new clients and customize their catalog to optimize their experience. As a member of the Global Records Management Team at Guinness World Records, I approved or rejected new world records in line with GWR’s rigorous processes and standards. I have managed and improved the game day experience for thousands of players in intramural sports leagues through the development of new leagues, hiring, training, and management of part-time staff, and improvement of internal tasks. I am a people person who learns quickly, creates and improves processes, and strives to give the best customer service experience while maintaining the company’s core values. In my next role, I am looking to use my skills to make the day to day lives of others better by improving the office life of those around me in any way possible.
