Build functional test scripts (and large suites) to run against programs such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Live Chat, and various other internal extranet sites. Global management and co-ordination of test runs and defect reporting for teams as large as 10 to 60 testers across several locations in Asia, Europe, and America. Provide online demo workshops and complete readiness tasks prior to test runs.

Build and maintain an automated regression and load test suite using Microsoft’s Visual Studio platform. Set up load testing rigs, consisting of several global servers, to simulate large loads of users against an on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Metastorm system. Tests were solely HTTP/Web-tests, captured with Fiddler, and built in Visual Studio.

Execute a range of tests on Microsoft’s internal use systems on platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Metastorm, Live chat, and various other intranet and public facing internet sites. Build scripts from functional specifications as well as through system exploration. Test types include acceptance, regression, exploratory, functional, smoke, and systems integration testing.

Provide post-sales licensing support for Microsoft Dynamics systems which include NAV, AX, GP, and CRM whilst working toward strict deadline and service level agreements. Support was provided to Microsoft partners throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East which include licensing issues, sales quotations, billing, and credit note processing, escalation management, coaching and training, as well as reporting.

Support provided to many customers, businesses and print shops that use Xerox's multi-function print machines. Support issues ranged from networking and printer malfunctions to computer and printer set up.
