Drove and worked on various Executive searches simultaneously (CTO, Dir. of Engineering, Managing Editor and VP of Finance). I managed high volume (120+ candidates per week) full cycle recruiting for a high growth company. This included 5 unique Senior Engineering roles. I was responsible for creating guides that we could train clients on how to be better interviewers. In addition I was a contributing member of the HR team where I was able to learn, on a deeper level by attending learning bootcamps, weekly learning sessions and working on, and creating internal tools and documentation.

I was a Full cycle Technical Recruiter for our SF and DC offices with a focus on DEI. I led University Recruiting; New Grad Engineers and Engineering Interns in a competitive market and handled a very high volume of candidates. I partnered closely with our Head of Product Design to hire several employees at multiple levels. I was able to close these roles faster than the industry average. I drove Internal Recruiting Operations Projects to help teams and company define hiring and closing strategies and goals.
