As Operations Coordinator I was responsible for a plethora of tasks including overseeing and processing all operations on a daily basis, the creation of air, sea, courier and road documentation, customs clearance on goods being imported to and exported from the UK, overseeing all consignments in transit from collection to destination, creating commercial invoices for transactions, daily engagement with suppliers and maintaining productive relations, all while providing assistance in all other areas of the business where required. I personally oversaw LILA's transition to an entirely cloud-based operations system, drastically reducing the companies use of paper and plastic, as well as streamlining our operations to improve efficiency and organisation.

Overseeing and directing all in-store operations including stock management and replenishment, financial transactions including FCA credit checks and cash flow, supporting the sales staff and establishing sales targets, scheduling rotas, ensuring that all legally required employee training was up to date and ensuring store passed daily and weekly health and safety checks.

Providing exceptional customer service, maintaining existing long-term customer relations as well as establishing new ones, achieving primary and secondary sales targets, supporting Director of Sales and Store Manager, processing incoming deliveries, ensuring stock was properly accounted for and secure, processing credit-checks, general house-keeping and in-store marketing.
