Responsible the delivery of pipeline pre-commissioning (barrier testing, pigging, hydrotesting, dewatering), subsea interventions and pipeline de-commissioning services. The role involves preparation of the engineering documents and procedure, planning and mobilization of equipment offshore, participate in HAZID, HAZOP and operation readiness review, supervising and managing the offshore operation.

General Duties:Develop and maintain all client pipeline and subsea integrity documentation such as PIMS, MAPD and Subsea Anomaly Reporting Criteria.Assist in producing inspection strategies (IMR) and implement them for pipelines, risers and ESDV’s.Prepare and Update Client RBI. Manage and ensure delivery of pipeline’s topside and subsea inspections. Maintain pipeline anomaly database and ensure remedial actions from assessment are performed and closed out in a timely manner.Ensure inspections and corrective actions are performed periodically to ensure compliance with PSR 1996.Prepare and compile Summary Integrity Review (SIR), Annual Valve Integrity Review (VIR) and Pipeline Annual Integrity Report (PAIR).Act as a focal point between the client and other third party suppliers in implementing specialist inspection and maintenance activities such as intelligent pigging, pig trap maintenance and subsea inspection.Project;East Everest Expansion Pipelines Documentation Project - BG GroupExecuted the East Everest Pipelines Documentation Project on behalf of BG Group. MSc Subsea Engineering DissertationProject Title :The Effect of Spatial Variation in Corrosion Damage on Pipeline ReliabilityProject Description:Investigating the spatial correlation structure of corrosion damage using experimental study done on corroded steel plates and pipelines. CorDex UT5000 Intrinsically Safe Thickness Gauge was used to measure the wall thickness and the results obtain are analysed to obtain the spatial variability of the corrosion damage.

I spent three summers working as a stonemason rebuilding and repointing walls around the Garden. First summer was spent learning basics of pointing with the help of the garden owner and watching stonemason’s that were doing stonemasonry work on the property. I then return for another two summers to repair and rebuild damage walls.

I worked part-time between lectures and during the weekend thus enabling me to improve my time-management skills on work and studies. Responsibilities involve replenishing stock, organizing shop floor whilst providing good customer service. Learning to deal with difficult customers in an efficient and courteous manner improved my communication skills.

This was a very busy work place that demanded good co-ordination with team members are served quickly whilst meeting all the customer needs in a polite and efficient manner. This led to a further improvement in my communication and team-working skills.
