I have an international practice that touches all aspects of intellectual property in both prosecution and litigation, and includes post-grant work (Inter Partes Review (IPR), Covered Business Method (CBM) review, Inter Partes and Ex Parte Reexam). I am the Chief Representative of Fish's Representative Office in Shenzhen, China.I lead the team that created and launched Fish’s Alice Tracker website (www.fr.com/alice-tracker/), and I regularly conduct internal and external training on the evolving Alice case law, and corresponding USPTO guidance. I am a Group Leader within the patent practice, and regularly prepare materials for, and conduct training including Fish’s Patent Prosecution Boot Camp. Being active in Fish’s pro bono efforts has given me the opportunity to represent veterans before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (USCAVC), and inventors before the USPTO. Outside of work I am an active snow skier, wakeboarder, and soccer coach.
