My primary responsibilities are the installation and repair of IT and data equipment, also including coax cables and various cable equipment.Additionally, I help to design and maintain all phone systems at all remote locations including all 32 District Court and collaborate with different companies on various job sites, buildings and all other County owned properties.I serve as the Verizon/Comcast vendor liaison and also have direct interaction with County Directors. and also as the Customer Service representative for the office.Key to note, while a student at Penn State University I served as a Telecommunications Intern for 2 summers and was hired to a full time postion following my graduation.
