I began working at MBS Grounds Maintenance Ltd in 2016, and I’ve since gained a lot of knowledge within the industry and developed new skills to allow me to progress. One development for me was becoming very customer focused, I enjoy the tasks of helping our customers by providing as best service as possible. Being able to assist in more than one department of the business has played a big part in my progression and has expanded my knowledge on not just the company/industry itself but also how a business runs, and played a huge part in me becoming Office Manager. During my time at MBS I was given the opportunity to become more involved in the financial side of the business, where I am now in the process of studying for my Accountancy qualifications.
