His experience with multiple types of development and recovery mechanisms gives him a good breadth of knowledge of the US onshore E&P industry. Ryan had great presentation and communiction skillls. He lead meetings that outlined current activity projections for asset managers, GM's and VP and was good communicating with senior management as well as with peers. Ryan sent out bi-weekly planning update presentations to the entire company. Ryan has excellent analytical skills. He would frequently do extra work to verify that items that looked suspicious were fully vetted. When uncertainty exisited, he looked at the numbers from multiple angles to give better context to a decision. Ryan was the go to guy whenever questions came up that required quick analysis and information. I would highly recommend Ryan."
