Through my years as an employee for Wegmans food Markets, I have gained incredible knowledge in regards to customer service and general business operations. I have worked as both a part time and full time employee as an entry level manager. I Managed employee's performance by providing resources, training, feedback and development opportunities when needed. Similarly, I Helped to problem solve operational challenges while maintaining open two-way communication with managers and co-workers. In addition, myself and fellow managers Coordinated activities, prioritized tasks and ensured the operation ran efficiently for our team. Throughout my time as an entry level manager, I Provided incredible customer service to customers and employees. I believe that when we take care of our employees, that they will reflect the same care to our customers. When we prioritize employee and customer satisfaction, we succeed as a team. This has always been my goal, and will continue to be for years to come.
