Overseeing and Monitoring of daily activities of customer service operation in our Cedar Rapids facility. Assisting customer service staff and coordinating with manufacturing production, shipping, procurement and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The customer service department also acts as an inside sales team and is responsible for all RFQ's and order entry to achieve multi-million dollar monthly revenue goals. Apache is a division of Motion Industries, a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company (GPC). After a year and a half and a very intense time for the organization after the Derecho, I made the decision to return to my roots and help Infinity rebuild their operation in Cedar Rapids.
