I am a physiotherapist working in both the NHS and sport. By day I work in Parc Prison as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, providing NHS physiotherapy to the inmate population.I have a uniquely broad range of experience, having previously worked in Mental Health, Community Reablement, Dementia Care, and with the Welsh Ambulance Services Trust.I am an experienced and FAW-qualified football coach and in 2023 along with my partner I founded the Her Game Too Training Centre to provide accessible and enjoyable technical coaching to women & girls of all ages and abilities.
