Staff Software Engineer
Current- Spearheading the complete overhaul of the user interface, rebuilding it from the ground up, including web infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and the development of a robust design framework to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience that drives customer satisfaction.- Establishing and enforcing UI standards and best practices to ensure a consistent, scalable, and maintainable platform to deliver features and add business value.- Building the application to meet FedRamp compliance requirements, ensuring that customers benefit from a secure and compliant platform that meets rigorous regulatory standards.- Focusing the infrastructure on speed, feature delivery, and stability, utilizing tools such as TypeScript, Nx Monorepo, React, Material UI, and Vite to accelerate development and deliver high-quality features that respond to customer needs.- Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 501, to create an inclusive experience that increases accessibility for all users, enhancing usability and increasing user satisfaction.- Implementing internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) processes, enabling the platform to support multiple languages and regional variations to support more markets.- Playing a key role in developing a new end-to-end testing process using Playwright, significantly improving the reliability and coverage of automated tests, enhancing the quality and trustworthiness of the product.
