As an SDR at BambooHR, I apply my master's degree in political psychology and my passion for communication to reach out to key decision-makers, helping open the gateway for them to utilize our powerful HRIS system. Previously, I worked as an Associate Talent Partner at a lean startup, empowering software developers in their search for employment. Before that, I interned at Libertas Institute, a non-profit organization that promotes individual liberty and civil rights, where I conducted research, analysis, and advocacy on various policy issues. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 with a master's degree in political psychology, and from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I have a keen interest in understanding the psychological and social factors that influence human behavior, decision-making, and communication, especially in the context of politics and organizations. I am committed to using my skills and knowledge to help Bamboohr achieve its mission of empowering companies to do good work.
