Dual role as airport manager Sydney and area manager acountable for leadership and performance of airport operations and service delivery teams in 6 countries (Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines). Leading, planning and directing all aspects of aiport operations, customer experience, financial performance, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, learning and development.

Multi-site general management of 100+ staff; budgeting and planning; business analytics and reporting; critical problem solving; procedure development and implementation; people leadership; KPI and performance improvement; customer service and experience delivery leadership; safety leadership including risk, resilience, compliance and audit; property and tenancy management

Dual role as airport manager JFK and area manager USA and Canada; leading, planning and directing airport operational and service delivery teams in multiple locations, new station start-up; recruitment, staff training and devlopment, performance management; supplier and strategic partner relationship management; industry representation within working group at US DoT and within JFK-IAT terminal 4

Responsible for airport operations and service delivery teams at airports in UK, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Switzerland and Russia; new station start-up's; financial performance; KPI and performance improvement; safety leadership including risk, audit, compliance, resilience and emergency response planning; supplier and strategic partnership relationship management

General management of 400+ staff; P&L management; strategic business planning; project management; people leadership; recruitment, mentoring of UAE graduate management program participants; propery development & renovations - premuim airport lounges; governance, compliance and safety management; presenting and public speaking

Accountable for successful start-up of airport operations in Australia, initally at Sydney in March then in Brisbane in Setember.
