I handle network maintenance, system upgrades, and the implementation of essential service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.MSP Support: In my MSP Support role, I manage IT infrastructure and provide comprehensive technical support to staff members. I have a strong background in cybersecurity software implementation and user access management. Additionally, I handle contract management, ensuring compliance and risk management, Office 365 administration, Active Directory administration, and even payroll services to boost operational efficiency.Key Skills: I’m a skilled problem solver who excels at organising, prioritising, and multitasking.
