Manage a portfolio of sites with 3.5 million dollars in PO’s, lead five real estate vendor groups in acquisition and permitting, manage lease negotiations with corporate and government bodies, and work directly with fibre and sales groups to improve and implement network efficiency and meet quarterly targets. Relationship Building: Managed lease negotiation in accordance with Rogers rental governance for licence and statutory right-of-way and minimum business terms, working directly with local government, commercial retailers and developers, post-secondary institutions, local utilities and transit authorities in securing business interests on behalf of Rogers.
