Originally founded to provide valuable internship alternatives for students who lost their internship due to Covid-19. Our long-term vision is to redefine the internship and entry-level sourcing & recruitment processes for both students and organizations.I am primarily focused on the overall student, university, and employer experience with both our products and services. I am an experienced no-code/low-code bubble.io developer who leads the design, launch, and implementation of our full-stack 3-sided platform. My goal is to build a company that can provide students with their first professional experience while streamlining the early talent pipeline for all companies. As Chief Technical & Experience Officer (CTO/CXO), I am responsible for uniting and delivering an excellent product to our students, universities, and employer partners. I am the internal-facing co-founder focused on product, strategy, roadmap, & and operations. The list of hats goes on and on, but let's just say I am the Elmer's glue that is binding Internship on Demand together!I pride myself on having a human-centered design approach to building our product. Working with the client and the current market trends to find out what it is that the end user truly needs, rather than building a product that I think they want.

I worked as a design engineer in the Outdoor Power Tools (OPE) team. I worked through all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, GT&T, prototyping, and documenting results from first prototype to mass production. I was known for my attention to detail and ability to pull in project schedules. I Completed 2 full projects as the lead design engineer developing 5 new products currently in production for the QUIK-LOK attachment system while pulling in project timelines for 4 out of 5 tools delivered. I trained and mentored 5+ new engineers in the new OPE business unit. I was the company-wide expert on all pole & shaft power tools aligning other teams on effective design implementation and choices. I filed for 4 offensive patent applications for innovative and defensive design solutions and have seen 2 across the finish line.
