Summary: Performs tasks in a wide range of environmental, health, and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with the company's EH&S standards and with federal and state regulatory requirements. Works under close supervision. Performs tasks that are usually from detailed instructions and established procedures. Assists in the implementation and maintenance of programs, systems, and procedures necessary to ensure the overall safety and health of employees and the community. Participates in employee training, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance programs. This is a generalist position located in a division or plant operation. No single environmental, health, or safety activity requires 80 percent or more of the incumbent's available time. Detailed Responsibilities: * Reads and interprets programs.* Gathers samples, performs calculations, and prepares preliminary report summaries.* Assists in monitoring and preventing chemical, physical, and biological hazards and diseases that could be present in the work area.* Works with others to investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards or uncomfortable conditions in the work place.* Assists in implementing improvements in processes, design, procedures, and operating equipment to minimize the hazardous potential.* Maintains a working knowledge of the technical aspects of various regulatory requirements and how they may impact the operating unit.

Supervise and control the affairs of the Corporation and the activities of the officers. He or she shall perform all duties incident to his or her office and such other duties as may be required by law, by the Articles of Incorporation of this Corporation, or by these Bylaws, or which may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors. If the Board has no Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson present at its meeting and no other person at such meeting is then designated to preside as Chairperson, then the President (Executive Director) shall preside. Except as otherwise expressly provided by law, by the Articles of Incorporation, or by these Bylaws, the President (Executive Director) shall, in the name of the Corporation, execute such deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, checks, or other instruments which may from time to time be authorized by the Board of Directors.

1. Audit, Revise, Create & Coordinate safety programs and policies (Corporate and Site-specific) to achieve Occupational Health and Safety compliance.2. Oversee Environmental compliance as required by federal, state, and county regulatory agencies. Prepare, maintain, and update required environmental permits and other regulatory filings (including, but not limited to, our EPA-mandated Risk Management Plans and DEQ 1200-Z Stormwater discharge permits). 3. Establish and maintain the necessary documentation and records necessary to demonstrate compliance with permit conditions. 4. Plan, coordinate, and conduct all necessary environmental sampling to ensure and maintain compliance with permit conditions. Take immediate and necessary actions to ensure the site addresses any issue that arises.5. Provide support to management and employees to ensure safe, healthful and environmentally responsible operations consistent with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.6. Provides, Facilitates the development and Assists with developing effective Safety and Environmental-related training when needed.7. Develops, Coordinates and Tracks progress of our various Facilities’ Process Safety Management Plans (PSM) and Risk Management Plans (RMP) for Anhydrous Ammonia.8. Interact with employees and supervisors to address worker safety concerns, including developing JSA’s, conduct facility audits, and the implementation of engineering controls to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards. 9. Act as site liaison for site visits and official business with Federal, State and Local regulatory agencies in accordance with Reser’s Fine Foods Corporate Safety and Environmental policies.10. Manage a team of Safety Personnel across multiple states to maintain compliance, reduce injuries and promote a positive safety culture.
