Ryan McLaughlin began his career at a young age. He grew up in the restoration industry watching and helping in his family’s companies. Over the years, Ryan has worked many positions to include: Restoration Technician (fire, water, mold, etc.), Project Manager, Safety Coordinator, Estimator, and Project Auditor. In 2003, Ryan began his employment with BELFOR, where he has been involved with countless projects, both large and small in various capacities. In 2014, Ryan became a part of BELFOR’s nationwide training team. This team works towards company standardization and implementation of best practices, mainly through internal “how to” video production for all aspects of restoration. Most recently, Ryan has taken a position, where he is tasked with helping build, grow and develop BELFOR’s newest brands, Blue Kangaroo Packoutz and 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. On a personal level, Ryan has found that his passion, in this industry, is getting fellow team members and new franchise locations excited about the positions that they are in and to help them do the best they can EVERYDAY. In his opinion, “There is nothing better and more rewarding than helping others be successful.”
