-Providing Tech Recruiting support for 4 technical start-up clients, and 1 media client.-Handle full-cycle recruiting for contract and perm roles.-Manage the candidate lifecycle in ATS.-Tech roles include but are not limited to: iOS/Andriod Developers, UX/Product Design, Frontend/ Backend Engineers, Web GL Engineers, Principal Engineers.-Utilize Dice, LinkedIn Recruiters, Seekout, and Monster-Manage 10 open reqs across 3 -5 clients a week.-Responsible for hitting KPIs on a weekly and daily basis-Provide market data for account managers and hiring managers.
