Providing customers with accurate estimates of what their project will cost from the product end of things, as well as giving some insight of how the entire project will go. Giving tips on project planning with their contractors. Dealing with particular clients contractors directly. Making sure at the end of an interaction no matter who it was with, how small or how big a project was, i was excellent at being able to retain that customer and make them comfortable to call me or come in to chat with me anytime they needed answers to questions they may have had.
