- Support customers with strategic supply chain decisions in the Alcoholic Beverage and CPG Industries.- Vet new business opportunities, performing risk assessments, and modeling operational and profitability estimates.- Develop extensive internal & external facing case studies highlighting core competencies, new business wins, exceptional customer service and more.

Establish Resource Planning and Management Tools for sites, using JDA Red Prairie, by: -Performing Project Management in implementation of Labor Standards -Physically and Systematically Mapping DC's to the inch -Performing Complex Timings on different types of MHE (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, etc.) -Performing Process Observations on all job functions within each unique DC -Developing labor standards to drive performance improvements and hold associates accountable -Developing reporting functionality for DC operations, giving visibility to Value Added as well as Non-Value Added job functions. -Team-Up with DC management, supervisors and associates to ensure a successful implementation Identify Cost Savings Initiatives and present solutions to DC Management.Travel 40 weeks a year, to DC’s all across North America. -Continually foster and maintain relationships with management at these sitesCollaborate on special projects within our team, relating to continuous improvement, re-engineering and labor standards as a whole.

My experience includes; • Being an integral part of a startup operation in a 1 million sq ft building, moving 200 trucks in and out per day• Leading shift start up meetings of 100+ associates and ensure all appropriate safety, quality, productivity and admin topics are discussed• Working in conjunction with the Systems team to come up with a slotting strategy for layer and VNA picking• Creating development plans for group coordinators and floor associates to ensure their personal goals are highlighted and objectives established to aid them in their success• Communicating with the customer and other third-party on-site businesses in regards to operational strategy and process standardization/improvement for the site• Tracking all associates with Exel’s Labor Management System (LMS) and perform observations to ensure all are meeting the contractual productivity standards

My responsibilities included: interacting with our third party systems provider to build reports and focus on process improvement, build dashboards for all team members to have a snapshot of their work assignments for the day, work with the Claims Analyst Manager to find trends and pass information on to sector leaders.
