About Ryan Meidinger

I am very interested in researching the effects of space flight and life in space. I want to use my experience in exercise to be applied to improving space flight and life for the future with the goal of aiding in getting humans to another planet, like Mars. I am interested in biomechanics and the effects of the nervous system on human movement. I have taken some biomechanics classes and some physics classes and will continue to learn about these fields as I go on with my degrees and work experience. In exercise science we only go over the basics of the effects of the nervous system on our movement but I feel it is amazingly important since it is the most basic reason we move. I will always be learning about neuromechanics and continue to build my knowledge base.
