Drilling Manager, Operations Manager, Consultant, Inspector
CurrentAs a drilling manager, I oversee all drilling operations, coordinate with the superintendents and drillers to ensure that the production is inline with the schedule. When there is unforeseen circumstances, proactively find a solution utilizing contingencies that were incorporated within the initial project execution plan. As an operations manager, I coordinated with multiple HDD rig spreads simultaneously to ensure that the rig managers had the necessary support throughout the execution. I worked with the appropriate vendors and subcontractors to ensure that they met the requirements of the supply chain to support site operations and different phases within the project. I have provided consultancy to clients to assist them in providing guidance for successful executions through the lifecycle of a project. The guidance would be from the tendering phase, survey and engineering, procurement, project execution, project close out and troubleshooting unforeseen circumstances that would result on a project. I have been an inspector ensuring that the contractor provides quality and satisfactory services to the end user. The activities ranged from confirming as-built drawings are within accordance with client requirements, verifying that the contractor's equipment conform to the quality requirements, ensuring that the contractor follows the approved execution plan and that they work within the client's safe working parameters.
