Significant milestones completed during this assignment included hiring WEC SRO, FIN SRO, Ops Outage Planner and initiation of PPC Enhancement Project to allow improved trending of system operation to align with fleet standards.

Significant milestones include installation of Adjustable Speed Drive and reactor recirculation motor and impeller replacement and major overhaul scope of Control Rod Drive components. - Developed and executed outage activities for electrical systems: 345kV, 13.8kV, 4kV, 480VAC systems and 250 / 125 / 48VDC systems. Significant milestones include remediation and recovery of fire damaged components requiring emergent assembly / execution of 438 CO checklists.

Corrective actions included $100K expenditure on parts to ensure continued safe operation. - Implement a $17MM long-term preventative maintenance program to improve component reliability. - Develop $1MM capital project to replace $2MM PM program to install new scram solenoid pilot valves. - Assemble discounted cash flow models to compare long-term plans to “do-nothing” alternatives to justify capital expenditures to station management to improve system performance.

- Lead the preparation of 42 bid packages (estimate, proposal, technical risks) for PRISM® systems. - Coordinate up to 9 functional area engineers to support assembly of over $11MM of capital estimates. - Initiate a $1.2MM non-destructive pressure vessel testing program for 173 systems at 140 locations using a contract testing firm. This testing was done with uninterrupted product supply to the customer.
