During working for this busy Wilko store, I have developed many skills regarding engaging with the public and providing excellent customer service. The key responsibilities include till-work & answering any queries a customer may have and I have been an effective communicator whilst doing so which is vital in upholding the reputation of the organisation. It is crucial to maintain a good working relationship with fellow employees to ensure tasks are completed in the time window required to ensure maximum convenience for the customer. Whilst balancing this job and university; I have shown myself to be a punctual and conscientious worker, enjoying a friendly relationship with my manager.
