Branch Manager at both the Edwardsville and Troy Branches. Responsible for leading and managing branches towards meeting or exceeding operational goals as assigned. Actively involved with business development and community outreach events to establish a presence and drive new member relationships. Interacts professionally with senior management, department managers, and other employees within the credit union. Coaches and develops staff in accordance with Credit Union philosophy and vision.

The Center Manager is accountable for the growth of loans, deposits, and revenue in their Banking Center. The Center Manager is responsible maintaining a high level of customer service. The position manages overall center operations, originating and underwriting real estate, consumer, and small business loans, and insuring compliance with all established bank policies and procedures. The Center Manager is also responsible for business development and for referring new relationships.

Responsibilities include achieving set sales goals in all areas, including loans, deposits, referrals, and cross selling, as well as open new deposit accounts, assist in the processing and closing of retail loans, and assist customers with questions on deposit accounts and retail loans. Also expands relationships with current customers and develops new business relationships for TheBANK.
