My practice focuses on the representation of owners, developers and investors in all phases of commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing of their real estate assets, and the structuring of equity investments and joint ventures. My clients are involved in all types of asset classes and markets throughout the United States.While counseling my clients to ensure that their objectives are achieved in each transaction, I take a practical approach to closing deals that lends itself to successful transactions for the involved parties. I assist my clients in analyzing each deal to identify the practical risks and problem solve issues presented in any given transaction.
