● Oversaw customer sales and spearheaded a custom designed Javascript program to address operationalchallenges directly improving user ordering and sales experience.● Leveraged technological learning by proactively acquiring intermediate knowledge of Ruby programming.● Created Ruby program using For-In loops to filter through customer shopping cart, and determine if items in cart contains item ID which qualify for a Black-Friday sale item.● Designed an additional program with Ruby to run simultaneously and to prevent customers from using multiple discount codes, ultimately preventing loss of profit.● Leveraged knowledge of AJAX and Javascript requests to single-handedly develop a seamless, “Buy One Get One Free” program.● Improved original website template by adding additional programs written in Javascript and updating HTML to further improve customer experience.

- During my time at Coding Dojo, I was also involved in regular development of projects which further improved my understanding of the concepts taught. These projects included concepts such as : CRUD operations, API calls, and Object Oriented Programming.

At F.W Webb I spent time being both a parts-counter sales person and also a shipping supervisor. As a parts-counter salesperson, it was my responsibility to understand the plumbing and HVAC/R jobsite well enough so that the parts counter was ready for them when they needed additional material. Though I had never been a plumber before, I learned their trade world by building relationships and asking the necessary questions to better understand what my customers needed and what they desired to have, then I would make stocking requests accordingly. This tactic proved reliable and yielded tremendous fruit for our company, and even made our parts counter to be the most desirable one in all of South Jersey. As a Shipping Supervisor, it was my responsibility to take orders that our customers had placed with us, and to schedule their delivery at a time that was most convenient for the customer. This required a tremendous amount of logistical planning and strategic thinking to correctly route our delivery's in a way that would benefit all our customers.
