Working in a small team, I ensure documentation in the form of specifications, quotations and site drawings, is transferred accurately and produced in the form of an operations and maintenance manual suitable for the end user. I am also responsible for maintaining and updating all technical and health and safety information incorporated within our manual.Operations and maintenance manuals comprise of manufacturer literature, overview of equipment used, how equipment works, location of equipment, health and safety and system maintenance/upkeep and must be displayed in such a way that the user, irrespective of technical knowledge, can understands basic operation of the system.Operations and maintenance manuals are produced for all types of installations, from small, bespoke fire and security systems, to much larger, multi discipline systems. Manuals are designed and produced to suit customer needs and can involve altering the entire display of the manual. In some instances, manuals will require production as per a pre-existing layout designed by the customer; often resulting documentation requiring far more adaptation. It is important requests are turned around in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and to prevent a build-up of open/incomplete jobs. Open jobs are chased up regularly to keep this figure to a minimum.Raw documentation used to produce the manual is frequently incomplete or missing information. This is the main contributor to the delay in completion and requires the missing information to be chased which involves engaging with installation engineers, field line managers, sales personnel and planning and design teams.

Working within a large team divided up into smaller teams, I am responsible for the chasing of overdue customer debt. My ledger comprises of over 1000 accounts ranging from small, local businesses, to large, multi-national companies, chasing cash figures of up to 1 million pounds on a single call whilst maintaining a polite, customer focused attitude.Ensuring all guidelines and procedures are followed, my duties include the following.• Regularly exceed target of making 100 plus outgoing calls per day whilst ensuring any overflowed inbound calls are answered in a timely manner.• Chase cash figures up to £1M on a single call or piece of correspondence.• Send out copy invoices, contracts and general correspondence when required. • Successfully resolve customer queries quickly and effectively whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.• General admin duties such as managing post and filling out relevant paperwork and processing legal action if necessary. • Work to cash targets each month which I regularly achieve and often exceed.

Taking care of general pub and restaurant duties including welcoming and seating guests, taking food orders, serving at the bar, changing barrels, collecting empty glasses and plates and general restaurant, bar and garden cleanliness.
