Upon being brought on to the PTTGI team I my first goal was to get a thorough understanding of the company's current methodologies and to identify quick and effective ways in which to help the team maximize profit and minimize cost. Most initial efficiency introductions included organization of production documents provided to the manufacture and install team. During this time period I also organized the review, purchase, and install of an the company's first industrial engraving and cutting laser system.
