Achieved experience in the environmental sector by conducting jurisdictional research for the waste policy department of Environment and Parks. Used Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook daily to structure the jurisdictional research in to an informative layout, consolidate waste management data into a presentable format, update the emergency waste facility contact list for the province and organize meetings.This position gave me the opportunity to gain insight into strategic policy and governance of several environmental initiatives.Took part in strategic planning sessions, weekly meetings and webinars.
