On promotion to Senior ranks, employed initially as Senior Training Manager employed as Project Manager, Statistics Analysis and Course Allocation management for over 150 serving persons. Currently employed as Unit Welfare Officer, working in a 2 person team dealing with all Soldiers, Officers and employed civilians' first line welfare issues. Duties include community liaison, low level mental health therapy, housing issues, relationship issues, criminal investigations and any other presented issues within a Unit of over 200 persons. 2009 - 2021 Employed in a number of Junior roles including Dog Handler, Section Commander Transport Manager and Storage / Demands manager. Working in a number of countries including Germany, Cyprus and Afghanistan for protracted periods. .

Employed initially through an agency as a warehouse operative followed by a full time contract, employed as a forklift operator. After being presented with an opportunity to complete a Cleco Crane qualification, remained in this role for a further 6 months. After covering the leading hand role where the main job was to maintain the ongoing 24 hour operations in a 12 hour shift cycle was then interviewed for Team Leader. Basic duties were; managing rota/shift patterns, producing expenditure reports and ensuring health and safety requirements were both met, reported on and reviewed quarterly.

Predominantly operating an industrial CNC operated saw and aided with the manufacture of windows frames. Duties included working to timescales to fabricate window frames, using CNC machines for cutting of equipment, and various other basic housekeeping duties. Also assisting with delivery and on occasion fitting of window frames out on site.

Main duties were hitting sales targets through friendly and informative sales of white goods and electrical products to customers in a retail environment. Other duties included, cash handling, basic housekeeping, demonstrations and organizing delivery and installation of products purchased in store.
