I developed the user interface for an integrated invoicing system capable of producing invoices for clients and internal reports automatically using JASPER Report Server. I have a good understanding of database design and normalisation and using SQL to query the database.

A targeted environment based on saving policies that would otherwise be cancelled. I then moved departments to handling claims which involved supporting other departments such as assessments, requesting and collating clinical histories from vets and keeping customers informed of the progress of their claim.
