About Ryan Minney
A graduate of Deakin University, I have since been working as an Exercise Scientist with Kieser Australia.I have a passion for helping others, working in a team and all things sport so a career in Exercise Science has allowed me to combine these.In my role I am responsible for helping and education people on the benefits of exercise and delivering this in a clinical environment. Working with a team of other health professionals we are able to work to identify the exercise needs of an individual and design programs that are suitable for these needs.No matter the individual's level of experience of commitment to exercise, I am determined to work with them in order to achieve the best outcome possible to enable them to lead a healthy life.Along with my passion for exercise, I am also very interesting in leadership and mentoring others. I have been able to combine these two interests through my role at Kieser by mentoring other exercise scientists and helping them to reach their professional goals.Through my experiences I have been able to gain a wealth of knowledge which has furthered me as a leader and clinician.
