With a background in development, technical consulting, technical pre-sales, and technical product management, I'm able to work directly with stakeholders across an organization to find the most valuable use-cases to implement as part of a project. I work with current technology and approaches that allow me to iterate rapidly and help companies answer critical questions around product that might otherwise cost them much more.I'm directly involved in all aspects of a project including requirements discussions, design, implementation / development, and deployment. This includes managing all of those aspects myself, or working as part of a larger team within a company to work within existing processes.I'm a fullstack developer and typically work across the back- and front-ends continuously through a given project to bring features online. I like to iterate quickly and get feedback early and often in order to inform the necessary changes towards a successful project outcome for my clients.

I work directly for the VP of Product at Expero in the Product Discovery practice. I design, develop, and deliver working products and product concepts for our clients, usually focused on the early exploration of product ideas and approaches. I work across a spectrum of traditional roles as the technical lead, with direct involvement in product approach / idea generation, requirements definition, fullstack development, team leadership, and final delivery to clients.With a focus on rapid iteration and a continual feedback loop, the discovery effort tends to focus on using some of the newest technology to explore product concepts before investing considerable resources to design and test foundational use-cases. This approach means that development work usually starts very early in the process, which ultimately allows our clients to feel free to explore ideas and prioritize the most salient concepts early.

Product strategy and management focusing on technical aspects of Troux's software products. I focus heavily on the strategy, design, and implementation of Troux's platform, working very closely with both product management and development teams day-to-day, as well as marketing, services, and sales teams to provide product positioning, use-case, and operational guidance. I instrumented bringing Troux's first publicly-available REST API to market including product management, co-design, and delivery. I continue to operate as the primary customer contact for REST API use-cases, including company conference stage presentations with live demos, sample code, and rapid development/prototyping output. I go on-site with customers to educate and evangelize Troux's platform and provide guidance for consumption of our services including the more technical aspects of the conversations.I also provide general technical guidance to the wider product management team on various aspects of Troux's product suite as-needed.

Define, implement, and execute processes to support a worldwide the Sales Team from product and demonstration perspectives. Provide product guidance, advice, and technical help to Sales Executives and Sales Engineers. Troubleshoot product issues, find work-arounds, and help remove sales obstacles for sales engagements. Coordinate with the Executive Team, Sales Executives, Product Management / Marketing, Development, and QA to identify and implement demonstration material highlighting the most important product features and with the right message. Demonstrate highly-technical or specialized aspects of the product to prospects and customers.Design, manage, and implement the demonstration environments supporting all sales activity worldwide.Engage with development, product management, and marketing teams during product development lifecycle to provide cross-functional teams with input from various perspectives.
