Role Overview:The Senior Program Manager - Supply Chain Operations AU works with third-party Fulfillers that produce print on demand products for the hundreds of thousands of independent artists who use the Redbubble marketplace to sell products printed with their art. This role communicates the artist and customer expectations of the fulfillment experience, providing Fulfillers with the data they need to evaluate their performance. This helps Fulfillers ensure they are providing value to the artists and their customers on the Redbubble marketplace. This position also owns Redbubble’s global packaging program as well as our partnerships with Australian shipping carriers to optimize for speed, cost, quality, capacity and experience.Core Responsibilities:Day to day operations of ~ 10 third party fulfillment partnersPrimary point of contact (recurring calls - peak management)Fulfiller API complianceReporting on and driving SLA compliance at fulfillersExecuting routing decisions in the various systemsCreate documentation to support automation of activities to help scale the marketplace supply chain. Work with technical partners, prioritize opportunities to automate or optimize manual processes to reduce risk and scale the supply chain.Partnering closely with the Product Development, Quality, and Sourcing teams to give input and support supply chain network optimizations (product launches, localization, quality capa)Develop and own Redbubble’s global packaging programPartner with cross functional team members to optimize packaging and packaging processes (sourcing, inventory control, product launch, cost, damage in transit, etc.)Oversee Australian parcel/postal logistics operationsSource, negotiate, and engage with Australian shipping carriersIdentify and drive logistic initiatives to optimize for speed, cost, quality, capacity and customer experienceCoordinate with internal teams and third parties to identify and fix drivers of WIMOS

Following a major restructure of the business in July 2020, I begun a new role within Groupon as Supply Chain Operations Manager.In this role I worked closely with Drop Ship-Merchants to assist with all aspects of the Supply Chain, during the unprecedented industry upheaval. Focusing on Customer Experience, I designed and implemented new processes to maximize operational efficiencies, and drove the business to record levels of Customer Satisfaction while simultaneously working through the busiest and most challenging period in the lifetime of the business.I specialized in Stock availability, designing new reports and processes to highlight best selling products, allowing merchants to focus on high volume SKUs, and ensured there was minimal losses in revenue due to stock availability or over-selling.During this time I also undertook Project Management training, to better understand all aspects of major international project management. I was also an active member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion taskforce, as well as the Social & Culture teams. I work hard to ensure that all members of the team feel engaged and included while working remotely.

Responsible for identifying, quantifying and executing best practice process and cost improvement programs across the Groupon Australia and New Zealand Supply Chain, leveraging analytics, optimization and statistics with a laser focus on improved customer experience, delivery time and cost reduction. Lead the day to day activities related to e-Commerce Supply Chain and cost management including planning, ordering, inventory management, fulfilment, and freight. Manage relationships with 3PL warehousing, returns and freight vendors as well as the internal Buying team. Accountable for facilitating the successful administration of Global strategic Supply Chain programs, initiatives and projects interacting with the APAC and Global team and internal stakeholders in the business (i.e. Buyers, Finance, Account Management , 3PLs etc.). Optimized delivery models, inventory/SKU management and supplier relationships management. Partnered with Finance Teams to develop and execute reconciliation processes with 3PLs and product suppliers and develop and maintain a supply chain scorecard/dashboard focused on performance and cost metrics. Co-Manage a team of junior logistics officers, overseeing their roles, outputs and personal development.
