I work with executives in organisation's across a number of sectors and industries, including Charitable organisations. As an RI and the ACP for the firm, I am responsible for the audit opinion’s issued to our clients and I seek to draw on my experiences to help my clients create value and develop their businesses by delivering audit insights to Boards.In the past, I have worked with a number of global and complex companies who have experienced fast growth, M&A, funding requirements, restructuring and I have worked with owner managed businesses from start-up through to exit opportunities. I have also more recently gained experience of an IPO. Outside of Randall & Payne, I also sit on the Audit Monitoring Committee and the Disciplinary and Regulatory Committee for the ACCA. Appointed to the role following a competitive process, the Disciplinary & Regulatory Committee deals with any matters referred to it by an independent assessor following investigation by the ACCA. I am a good listener and I have a genuine care for my clients' business needs. This means that I develop strong and lasting relationships and will support you all year round.
